Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using GreasePanda Premium ("the Extension") and the GreasePanda Store ("the Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. License & Usage

All premium scripts purchased through the Store are licensed to you on a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for personal use only.

  • You may install purchased scripts on multiple devices you own.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share script code with third parties.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify encrypted trial scripts.
  • All scripts are provided "as-is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Purchases & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Prices are displayed in USD and are final at the time of purchase.
  • Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless the script is materially defective or fails to function as described.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with a detailed description of the issue.
  • Trial scripts are offered free of charge for evaluation purposes and carry no refund entitlement.

4. User Accounts

Google sign-in is used solely for authentication and license verification. We do not store passwords. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Any suspicious activity may result in temporary suspension of license verification.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use scripts for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
  • Attempt to bypass trial limitations, DRM, or license checks.
  • Share, publish, or distribute purchased script code publicly or privately.
  • Interfere with the Store's infrastructure or other users' access.

6. Intellectual Property

All scripts, designs, logos, and content on the Store are the intellectual property of SudoSoft or respective script authors. Purchase of a license does not confer ownership of the underlying code.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Store and premium scripts if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using all purchased scripts, though your local copies may remain functional offline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SudoSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, Store, or any scripts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be notified via the Extension or Store.
