SudoSoft ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use the GreasePanda Extension and Store.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our services:

  • Google Account Information: When you sign in, we receive your email address and profile name from Google OAuth. We do not access your passwords, contacts, or Google Drive files without explicit permission.
  • Purchase Data: Script IDs, order IDs, payment provider (PayPal), and purchase timestamps. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details.
  • Extension Usage Data: Locally stored script lists, enabled/disabled states, and user preferences. This data remains on your device unless you opt into cloud sync.
  • Security Logs: Anonymized device fingerprints and extension IDs used solely for fraud detection and abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data exclusively for:

  • Verifying your purchase and enabling access to premium scripts.
  • Managing trial periods and preventing abuse of trial systems.
  • Providing customer support and responding to inquiries.
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions or unauthorized access.
  • Improving the Extension and Store functionality based on anonymized usage patterns.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data security is paramount:

  • All server communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • Purchase records are stored on secure, access-controlled servers.
  • Script code and user preferences are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage).
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

  • Google OAuth: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • PayPal: For payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Analytics: Used anonymously to understand Store traffic. No personally identifiable information is shared.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

The Extension uses chrome.storage for local data persistence. The Store uses essential cookies for session management and cart functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Export your purchase history and script library.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing (may limit Store functionality).
  • File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Data Retention

Purchase records are retained for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance. Security logs are retained for 90 days, then anonymized or deleted. Inactive trial data is purged after 30 days of inactivity.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Extension or Store. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
